Handling immunosuppression?
Hi all
My consultant has written a letter saying they are of the opinion I have seronegative RA, but low severity, and sent some really useful leaflets a out meds and living with arthritis prior to seeing her this Friday. So it feels a diagnosis and meds is on the horizon.
One (of a few!) things I am worrying about is immunosuppression due to meds. How do folk handle this? I commute in the train into London (in fact sitting in a packed one now!!), and that takes on a whole new perspective...
Any perspectives, thoughts or tips...?

Thanks, I had appointment and being started off on Hydroxychloroquine, whihc I gather is a little less intense in that respect- but imagine same advice stands :-). Thanks for taking the time!

The disease already takes so much from you. Don't let it totally dominate. If you need to take the train then take it.
Being able to actually leave the house and walk to get the train is better than no medication sat at home housebound
