Ankle replacement

I m currently awaiting an ankle replacement.

I had a double Osteotomy in January 2023 and my recovery has been slow.

I have an appointment to discuss the possibility of an Ankle replacement in two weeks time.

I wonder if anyone who has had a replacement would share their experience and thoughts.

Hello @kevin1951 and welcome to the online community, it's great to have you here.

While this isn't an area I have personally experienced, there is a variety of information and personal experience out there. From what I have collected many people recommend to research and discuss with those who have experienced it- which is perfect as that is exactly what this platform for!
