Inflammation flare

anyone else get cold and shivery when having a flare up please ?

yes I do. Wasn’t aware it was connected with Arthritis at the time. Hospital mentioned it when I last went few weeks ago.

Yes I did to thought I had cold/flu due to this crazy weather and just worked through it with I took hayfever tablets as someone thought maybe pollen 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

@Skinny Keef I always get cold and shivery during a flare up. Sometimes it doesn't even come with joint pain just this sort of unexplainable and very noticeable stiffness. I have always put it down to the affect of the immune system going into action rather than any kind of virus. I'm starting to think of ways to control it such as ibuprofen as its the one thing about arthritis that can bring me out in cursing and swearing . . . I hate it.

yes, I’ve spent more time in a hot bath since diagnosis than ever before. The purchase of an inflatable hot tub for the summer is constantly on my mind !
