Hi everyone,

I have recently been diagnosed with oesteoarthritis and came across the forum as a result of being involved in the Escape Pain programme.

I have had a look around the site and hope I can get some ideas on how to help manage the condition.

Also looking forward to contributing and hopefully making new friends.

I'm glad you have found us and I hope the Escape Pain programme helped you. Our website is also worth a look as it contains info about arthritis, treatments and hints and tips and I would recommend taking a look.
