Vitamin D spray

Has anyone tried Vitamin D spray instead of tablets. This is apparently sprayed under the tongue each morning and goes straight into blood system. I am looking for something to give me more energy. Thank you

    Yes works well. I Also tried other vitamins like this wh ih worked well.

    I’m seeing a Nutritionist to try and shift some weight. Had a blood test and my Vit D level was 18, when it should be 50-100! She put me on the Vit D spray, as well as a Vit K/Vit D combo and multivitamins to try and raise it. Due another blood test soon to see if there’s an improvement. She is very knowledgeable so I would say the Vit D spray is a good option. She said most people are Vit D deficient and we should all be taking a supplement.
