Hi there, first post here. I've been diagnosed with erosive arthritis in my right hand. The helpline's provided some information and I found an earlier chat on this forum with some info. Just back from the GP and now know it's across all fingers, but the pain is mainly in one. Anti inflammatory cream + analgesics is the main approach to pain relief, although I'd like to get into the habit of hand exercises to maintain some flexibility.

Just looking for any thoughts from anyone else with the same diagnosis or who has some insight.

    thanks

    Alan

Hello @Bingomac and welcome to the Community.

I see you have already discovered our Helpline and hopefully they gave you useful information. Did they give you links to the hand exercises? I've put it in here anyway.

    Hope it helps.

    Best wishes
