Cervical spondylosis
Ive been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in constant neck and shoulder pain and fuzzy head, periods of vertigo headaches, tiredness, generally unwell. Told to do neck exercises heat and cold and paracetamol, I am doing all of that but nothing is helping. I'm 70 female and until this was pretty fit. I've been told seeing an osteopath would help me, has anyone tried this and did it help. Any advice on managing the pain and other symptoms would be gratefully received, I'm at my wits end. Thanks

Hi @Fultime nice to meet you .
Sorry to hear about your neck it's horrible isn't it? I have it and so does my husband although I think his is worse. Like you he feels dizzy and unsteady and has to work at heights!
I did a search for you of all threads on the subject
As far as osteopathy is concerned we have both been too scared to try it for our necks. Maybe someone else has though?
Best of luck and do let us know how you get on.
