Hello Podge - the same thing happened to me. I have been off methotrexate for a month now dye to elevated liver enzymes and am now beginning to get issues with my feet and shoulder. I am waiting to hear from my rheumatology consultant about going back to metho on a lower dose or perhaps changing medication. I am still taking my weekly folic acid and iron tablets. Like you, I felt that metho was working for me but the nausea was quite horrible. Good luck!

Hi lodge.
I am taking methotrexate by injection, and had a dodgy b/t come back about a month ago. Then had a b/t almost two weeks ago that was fine. The rheumatology nurse says this can happen, and hopefully things will settle. The injection I’ve been doing for 9 weeks, along with a tablet called felunomide. I have always taken folic acid everyday except methotrexate day.
