Hands numb

Hi my name is Shirley 65yrs for the last 3 months my hands and fingers are completely numb, due to this I have had to cancel my left knee replacement operation, I am waiting now for MRI scan on my spine this as put me in a dark place I cannot cope if this is rest of my life I just would like some information of how I can carry on living .

    Hi Shirley @s1959h So sorry to hear how down you're feeling. I know there's nothing worse than that feeling of taking steps forwards and then steps backwards.     I am so sorry you are having such a very tough time at the moment. I hope it's not too long before you can see someone about your numb hands. To be fair it is really a big worry if they are completely numb so can see why you've given that priority over the knee surgery.

    Do ring the helplines if you can I did and they were just lovely I felt so much better after I did.
