hi @donnah
I would suggest going to some good sports shops that have them on display, try a few different ones out and see if you can find them cheaper on one of the online selling stores.
I bought one during lockdown and although it does the job, the seat is uncomfortable and because of its size, I can't get a seat cover for it. The height adjusts of thre actual bike with three settings but the height of the seat doesn't.
You also need to consider your height, where it's going to go, the size and weight of the bike, how easy is it to move and is it collapsible. If I had been buying now, I wouldn't buy mine again. It was fairly cheap and as I said, does the job but a comfier, more adjustable version would have had priority.

You have several things to be careful about and, for that reason, I'd suggest going back to your physio for advice.
If that's not possible do go to a speciàlist cycle shOp.
To keep fit, while waiting for hip replacemnts, (no other problems) Mr SW bought an exercise bike off the net.The first thing he had to do was buy a new saddle. The one on the bike was totally unsuitablè. But, with the new one, he managèd to keep in good shapè for for his THRs.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
