Support for 16 year old

Hi, my daughter was diagnosed with polyarticular JIA at 3 years old, she was on methotrexate for 3 years and has been in remission for 10 years. Unfortunately it returned last September and she has been in pain since. Currently on methotrexate and adalimumab but still in pain.

Are there any online communities for 16 year olds?
