I had Arthrosamid in my right knee on Wednesday afternoon, can anyone advise how my knee is supposed to feel the first, second and maybe third week - post the injection. I accept everyone is different and we may all react differently - but in general what are the common things post injection people experienced please 😊

I’ve not had it, but following this to see if it’s an option for me. My private consuktant doesn’t offer it which is a concern, but I’m not sure why.

hi @JKO hope your doing ok. There’s a long running thread on here where quite a few of us are charting our progress. It might help you to take a look. On the whole it has worked for some and not others. Where it has worked it’s been pretty good but taking 7-8 weeks and longer to really feel anything. Don’t be discouraged therefore if you’re not feeling much in the first month or so.

Hi, i had bilateral arithrosamid injections 6 weeks past on Saturday. And I am really struggling. My knees are so weak and achy. After the injection knees became so stiff I could do no exercise. I would say walking with my sticks is slightly less painful at times as the weeks go by. I know I have to wait another 6 weeks to see if I miraculously feel a big difference.

hi I am now heading for week 8 post injection and I am as my wits end with the pain and weakness in my knees. It’s actually really starting to get me down somewhat. I really don’t feel it’s right to be so uncomfortable. Anyone else in same situation
