Knee Surgery Evaluation

The Medical Sociology and Health Experiences Research Group are asking for people over 70 or their carers to help us with the evaluation which is next weeks.  It involves looking at the website at home and attending a 1 hour focus group.  We will give people a £20 shopping voucher to say thank you.

Hi I have knee and hip arthritis and find it very difficult to walk and work at my trade job . I have to exercise every night just to get through the next day at work . Does anyone have some exercise tips or supplements that work to ease pain ? Thanks Mrpain
