New knee

hello i’m new on here so bear with me please .. I had a new knee on the 28th of Dec 2023 and i’m still stuggling to staighten the knee despite doing the exercises and also the other knee is going the same way my name is John and i’m 58 years old

Hello @Griffin__11 its great to read your post, welcome to the online community. Have you had any follow up appointments with the hospital or physio follow up? Sounds like it would be good to get a medical opinion about your status in the healing pathway. Perhaps give your GP a ring to start with?
