Do you have a c.d. that can be purchased please on the exercises.

Thank you for your posting on the online community.

We do not have a CD but there is a DVD that you can order from us with exercises from our 'Let's Move with Leon' programme which is a series of exercises that you can follow.

This DVD is currently out of stock but if you contact our Helpline either by calling us on 0800 5200 520 or by email on helpline@versusarthritis.org we can put this on order for you. However, all these exercise videos are also on our website and you can watch these at any time. I have put a link below to these videos as well as a link to the other exercise information on our website that I hope may be helpful to you.
