Potential Knee subluxation

My partner has hyper mobility so he knows what a part dislocation looks like. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve been really struggling to sit down after being stood for even a minute, the longer I stand the harder it is. My knee feels like it’s locked in place and like it’s off to the side, trying to bend it is so painful it makes me cry multiple times a day. My partner thinks my knee cap is partially dislocating to the side. I’m due to see a nurse in person in 4 weeks, I don’t know if I should contact them sooner

I would do the same @samozoa even if it's only to get some reassurance. Oh and if you can take your partner with you for your appintment.
Take care ((()))
