Thanks for that. Yes I am too. It came as a bit of a surprise to me, as I thought the heat would help. Think I might need to dig into the research if there is any.

I always find that dry heat (eg mediterranean climate) is great - relieves stiffness and pain - but high humidity can be challenging.
