hi @mitch66 its difficult to give advice on diet and supplements etc as we are all different, may be on medication that reacts with certain supplements or may have allergies etc. key would be to do research based on your situation.

A lot of fellow community members advocate exercise as apart of pain and symptom management. It certainly helped me - there’s the escape pain programme which you can access yourself or, if there’s a local pain clinic, you may be able to join a group. Also physio is key, your physio can provide specific advice and may also refer you to a gym. For me cycling at the gym, along with other gym and at home exercises (like wall squats) was so important in my pre-hab. I’m now +3 weeks post surgery and making good progress. Worth reading different OA diaries etc for lots of hints and tips. All the best and glad you’ve joined us
