why can I only reply to topics in hints and tips

hi I'm not sure where to post this,but I am wondering why I can only reply to questions on Hints and Tips, and not on any other topic.

@violet46 if you confirm your email it should allow you to post on any topic. If you can't find the email asking you to confirm (look in your junk folder as well) then email to community@versusarthritis.org and we will do it for you.

Thank you Naomi33 and noddingtonpete, I have looked in my Email but cannot find it in junk mail or spam,or inbox, I don;t know where it is or if maybe it was accidentaly deleted.

I have clicked on the little blue box that say's to resend conformation but I don't have anything to resend.
