Trapeziectomy Surgery

Hi!

It’s been 3 years since I had my Trapeziectomy and I’ve developed a lump on the side of my scar. I noticed it a month ago and it’s grown to about the size of a pea. It doesn’t hurt (hopefully it won’t ever hurt), and it’s kind of hard. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if anyone knows what it is.

Thank you for your time!

    Morning @Rue

Sorry to hear your concerns about lump have you contacted your doctor or consultant with regards to it?

I have lump but inside of my palm my consultant checked it years ago and said just fatty tissue I seem to forget about it to be honest as no pain just there ??

The following link maybe of help.

Hi! I haven’t had it checked as I don’t have health insurance right now. (lost my job) Once I do I will definitely have it looked at.
