Anyone in a similar situation
I have osteoarthritis and the only treatment i am getting is being sent for a pain management clinic. Why is it that I am not getting any other support from the NHS

Hi, I’m in a similar position, I have PsA & Osteoarthritis. The OA has been causing issues with my spine for years. Rheumatology do nothing for it. I’ve had to ask for a referral to a pain clinic. I’ve been today & they are going to do 8 spinal injections to try help it. It’s worth going as they have different things they can offer that Rheumatology can’t offer.

Hi @shobhna and welcome to our online community!
Hopefully the comment above from @Robby4070 will help put your mind at ease. The pain clinic may be more beneficial to you than you initially thought.
Here is a link to some more information on Osteoarthritis. Hopefully you will get something useful out of it.
