RA and vasculitis
Hi
I’ve had Rhumatoid arthritis for about 15 years which has affected most of my body I’ve been on numerous biological drugs and steroid dependent one of the biological drugs Ritiximab put me in hospital with a anaphylactic shock
The only biological drug that seemed to work was called tocilizumab but might be coincidental stopped working as well after my 5th COVID jab & after lots of tests & biopsies because my left foot & right hand have gone numb have just been diagnosed with vasculitis,
I was wondering if anyone has gone through the same experience or similar as it’s quite scary.
Many thanks

Welcome @steven_westwood1958 to the online community
You have lived with RA for numbers of years and now have been diagnosed with vasculitis. This new diagnosis has left you understandably scared and I do hope that someone in the community will be able to share their own similar experiences with you.
I attach some information which I hope you will find useful, I was impressed to read about the research being done into vasculitis by Versus Arthritis. Do let us know what you think about it.
We hope you will continue visiting the community and gain as well as give support. We look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Best wishes
Poppyjane
