Musculoskeletal knee pain
I have been suffering knee pain since 10 months and tried almost everything but not recovered. Pain shoots after every week and makes life task difficult. Walking is almost difficult so cannot move outside and travel long enough.
Even cannot stand long enough to make food etc.
Any advise will be appreciated.
Thanks

@arooj Have you seen a doctor about the pain? If you haven't then you really should so that you get the correct treatment. If you have, what did they say? In the meantime you could try gentle exercises , there are links on the site. Also regular pain relief with advice from a pharmacist may help. Applying heat or cold to the area can also help. Use a chair in the kitchen to prepare food.

I have seen the GP and they initially gave me medicine like co- codamol, giving me short term relief but pain strikes again with daily activities. Now the GP advised me physiotherapy exercises which I am exercising. I was wondering it could be due to nerve pain or osteo-arthritis because when I become stress full the pain strikes more.
Medicine seems no working for long term
