Musculoskeletal Knee pain

I have been suffering knee pain since 10 months and tried almost everything but not recovered. Pain shoots after every week and makes life task difficult. Walking is almost difficult so cannot move outside and travel long enough.

Even cannot stand long enough to make food etc.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Many thanks for your suggestion. I already seen GP and taking medicine as well. Your forwarded links are very helpful I will definitely try that.
