Knee osteoarthritis

Hi im Sue new to this community, i have Lupus and Osteoarthritis in both knees. Lupus currently under control with meds . I am really struggling with my right knee keep giving way and constantly in pain feels like someone is putting a knife through the bone. Ive had steriod injections not helped.im under hospital with Lupus and last xray i had said moderate wear and tear, i know myself i need a nrw knee but dont seem to be getting anywhere.

Sorry to hear that you're having these issues with your knees, the only piece of advise I can give you is to continue advocating for yourself and your issues. Sometimes we go to doctors and they don't always listen to us (as you will know) but the only thing you can do is keep pushing for what you need.
