Fibromyalgia Flare Up

I have 5 types one of which is post traumatic fibromyalgia syndrome, I am having a fibromyalgia flare up in loads of pain as pain killers do not work when in lots of pain only helps with 40% of the pain, also restricted movement of limbs, any suggestions for me please.

Sadly but thankfully I have no experiences but do sympathize about pain your are in 😘

I don't have fibro @disabledkenny1 , but I have family who do so I know how awful it is with painkillers not really helping.

I presume you've tried other treatments they offer like the low dose antidepressant medications and have tried the microwavable wheatbags I swear by?

I'm not much use not having the condition, but we do have loads of people here who have fibro so i did you a search on recent posts concerning fibro
