Hi everyone, have just signed up in search for someone who can relate! I’m 37 have osteoarthritis in both knees and has massively affected my physical and mental wellbeing! What a daily battle! I had knee alignment surgery last year and am currently waiting for some screw removal! Feels very lonely and frustrating at times living with pain and discomfort!

Hello @Harley1810 , welcome to the forum.
I understand how difficult living with pain and discomfort is, and yes it is lonely. I find that distracting myself is one of the best tools for managing. Exercise, social life, hobbies etc.
Have you spoken to your care team about your pain levels - they should be able to provide some help in stabilising them for you? Perhaps contact your GP and discuss how you are feeling.
You are always able to give the helpline a ring as well, the details are at the bottom of the post. They are very knowledgeable and sure to be able to help you.
Best Joanne
