Finally but not the end of my journey
well it’s done now, 11 days since right knee replacement op finally done. Blood pressure sky high so longer stay than expected physio started not going well, pulled a muscle and strain on hip not helping with exercises any advice from anybody who have had a similar problem.

Hi @Babbie thanks for posting on the Helpline Online Community. So glad for you that the knee replacement op is finally done but sorry to hear that things are not quite so straightforward for you at the moment.
If you haven't already done so, I would encourage you to talk through the difficulties you are experiencing with the pulled muscle and hip strain with the physiotherapist, as they should have some work around suggestions for you. The surgery toolkit shared by @noddingtonpete is also a great resource to use as it has videos of the exercises which are suitable to do post-surgery, so do check that out.
