Hi
Hi everyone my name is Angela and I have had osteoarthritis since my late 20's. I had a cartilage transplant and femoral osteotomy aged 38 years. At the age of 51 I now have severe arthritis of both my shoulders and currently having corticosteroid injections until I can face a shoulder replacement 😕. I also have severe arthritis of my left knee and will need a knee replacement but trying to buy some time with a Hyaluronic acid injection next week. I am struggling to understand why this has happened too me and feeling quite low currently. I normally lovr to walk, do yoga and go to the gym but have just had a real exacerbation of my left knee and currently needing a crutch to walk. I am literally dreading getting older and what my future holds 😕
