Wheat bags

Does anyone have recommendations for a lightweight wheat bag or heat pad? I want to use my wheat bag on my knee, I find the heat soothing, but the weight of the wheat bag is uncomfortable and I’ve stopped being able to use it.

Any suggestions please? I’ve been googling but so far haven’t found what I think I need.

You can get heat patches in all supermarkets (near the medication stuff) and stick one on instead? When this first started for me I bought a strap to hold mine in place, but I think now they are stick on.

I love my wheatbag too such a huge help, but yes rather heavy. Husband finds it too heavy on his neck.

just though my daughter has a unicorn toy which has a small wheatbag inside it! I also have some eye patches for my dry eye from the opticians might be worth looking into?
