Cervicogenic headaches

Hi all .
Having had psoriatic arthritis for many years, I now have osteoarthritis at the top of my spine and cervical spondylitis in my neck. The main issue I get is constant headaches that can last from hours to days. My GP has just reluctantly prescribed Gabapentin. Does anyone else take it to stop head/neck pain? I did try Amitriptyline a while back but got no benefit from it, Thanks for reading. Take care.

Hi @icantthinkofone just wondering how you are getting on and if the gabapentin has helped with the headaches at all. Hope so.
Best wishes
