Another newbie

Hi I'm Nikki am 50 and got an initial diagnosis of RA. This has now been changed to errosive arthritis. Not had any medication only physio. Anyone else suffering with this and can give me any top tips. It's in my left hand but seems to be spreading to my right hand

Hi Nikki @weenikkib a quick hello from me.

I was interested in your post because I read something about erosive osteoarthritis a while ago. Are they going to try any medications for your hands - I take it it is your hands?

If it is I know a lot of people find heat most useful. Some have tried paraffin wax baths (ask the physio don't try it at home😂

A friend of mine exercises her hands in a bowl of warm water just squeezing natural sponges.
