RA lost voice

Hi!

I m new to the group so hey!

So i need some help, I have currently had no voice for 8 weeks. Got referred to ENT and they put a camera down my throat and told me yes it's arthritis causing a gap with your vocal chords!

I am utterly shattered, they won't offer any help, treatment and they have zero care. My throat feels clogged and dry and I in myself so not feel right. It feels like no one is listening to me and I m at a loss of what to do?

Any one else felt like this?

Anyone else lost their voice with RA?

I can only imagine how you must feel loosing your voice like this and on top of it no-one here replying.
