Are we invisible
Hi everyone I have a stick to try and get around.I dont work at all at the moment. I was in care for over 23years .Each day is a struggle both physically and also mentally. Nobody seems to know you are there for some reason and not interested about your ailments. A work colleague's face changed when she saw me. I dont why she couldn't wait to get away I should said hi. You feel very much alone.

Hi @susy123 , I'm so sorry to hear that, it sounds like you're feeling a bit isolated. Have you looked into any community groups within your local community? It may be worthwhile just as a way to meet new people and a reason to get out and about. I'll attach a link for looking up any groups near you but if there isn't anything that interests you it may be worth contacting your local council for any opportunities! I hope things improve for you and please never hesitate to post to the online community, everyone is here for you 😊.
