Painful joints

Have had Fibromyalgia for over 25 years. Suddenly got painful joints in feet hands and now in both knees plus a bakers cyst. Have got early osteoarthritis in lower back. Physio has just given me three exercises which makes my pain worse. On the maximum pain killers. Keeps me awake at night now.

I see from your post you have quite a lot going on healthwise. Seeing a physio is something which normally should be helpful. I hope you will be seeing them again soon and can discuss the issue you are having with increased pain.
