in Let's Move
I've just joined today. I have OA in my hands, knee and shoulder. I didn't realise how restrictive this is until I tried a yoga class yesterday. I used to find it quite easy but now my left leg refuses to bend so I can't do the movements. Do you think perseverance will make it more flexible? Thanks

I hope the above help with your yoga classes.
Best wishes
