Severe Crepitus in neck and numb, tingly arms. arms
I developed rheumatoid arthritis 12 years ago, after contracting the childrens virus, slapped cheek, human parvovirus or 5th disease which it is also known..i was officially diagnosed 2 years ago after being ignored by professionals for 10 years. I am now on Gabapentine, Etorocoxib, Hydroxychloroquine and injecting methotrexate.
The worse thing apart from the depression and exhaustion is my neck and numb, tingly arms, wrists and hands..
Does anyone have any suggestions to help with this..I must have tried most pillows including orthopedic and memory foam..2 pillows, one pillow..I flip flop for ages until exhausted, then wake in the night stiff and achey. I also don't know what to do with my arms..most nights I wish I could just take them off so I can get comfortable.
