Methotrexate with a cold!

I have a cold at the moment, that time of year hey?!
I am due my methotrexate injection this evening, do you still do it when poorly?

hi @SLH22 have you asked a doctor about taking your methotrexate when ill? I've previously been told to pause it if I'm feeling a bit under the weather but I am not too sure if this varies from person to person so I would recommend contacting your doctor just to be certain. I hope you recover from your cold, it really is just that time of year 🤧.

I spoke to the helpline and they said to go ahead and do the injection unless it was a chest infection. Like you said, sadly it’s that time of year. Thank you for your kind words. x
