Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis

Hello. I am new here, so hi. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 years ago and have now been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in spine, neck and knees.

I am just managing to deal with the pain but the mental side of the reality of both has been the hardest to cope with. I thought it was bad enough dealing with Fibromyalgia pain etc, but now with osteoarthritis pain, it is difficult.

I have been very active and now find it hard to do what I love.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're struggling with the pain from your fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, hopefully someone comes alone with some personal experience but in the mean time I will attached some links which may be helpful. I know that there is a fibromyalgia support group but I believe it is on hiatus until February, I will leave the link anyway in case you may be interested.
