Pain and Fatigue

Hi. I’m new to the group and just wanted to introduce myself.

I have inflammatory arthritis and osteoarthritis and have suffered with joint pain for over 20 years. I suffer greatly from crippling fatigue and this really affects me physically and mentally.

Does anyone else suffer with this problem and can offer advice on how to deal with it please? 😊
