@Joma - are you having physio? Have you a physio you can ask? I had stiffness and pain at various stages and it was my muscles and all the other bits and pieces that hadn't been used properly for some time. Getting the right exercises and working towards strengthening everything whilst walking properly, rather than settling for the limp I'd become accustomed to, helped me.

But I do think you ought to get it checked out. It's early days and it may be that you are doing too much too soon, or that your exercises aren't right for you, but only your medical team can really know.

Wishing you all the very best and a solution soon. Take care.

    Hi @Joma

I'm with @Janlyn, if you can get your pain and stiffness checked out by a physio, or mention it at your six week check it will help you.

Please remember however that you gait will have changed post surgery and you may be putting more weight on your 'good leg'? Are you using sticks? If so, are you using it in the right hand? You should always use your supporting stick in the hand opposite to your operated leg.

Get it checked out though and try not to worry too much. Post op aches and pains are common post op.
