Arthritis in spine knees feet and shoulders - looking for advice on how to cope please
good morning, my name is jo im 52 years old i was recently diagnosed with arthris to my spine,knees,feet and shoulders following cancer. Im currently at a loss to come to terms with how i will cope long term. I have young teenage children and im not that mobile. Any advise would be amazing please, also is it normal to feel the cold more with arthritis xx

Hi @josmith6 , first of all, welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling quite a bit with arthritis in your spine and lower limbs; it can be difficult to come to terms after getting diagnosed. I'll attach a couple of links on arthritis, which may be worth a read.
Also, although it is different from person to person, I believe it is quite common to feel the cold more with arthrtitis. The cold can also cause flare-ups, so make sure to keep yourself warm over the winter months. Wishing you the best of luck!
