My go just upped painkiller dose and prescribed movelat gel as a one off don’t know if it will work.Has anyone tried the heated massage knee pads that seem to be all the rage on tiktok

    I have never heard of these before but maybe someone else who has tried them can give better advice! I do know that heat helps inflammation so my opinion would be that they could be worth a try. If you do decide to try them please let us know how you get on and if you would recommend them :)
