Morning all

Had another bad night. Nausea all night. I have RA and take injections methotrexate 15mg weekly and adiladnum 40MG every other week. I take folic acid but too much of that and it makes nausea worse. I am also on blood thinners, blood pressure and statin. Does anyone else have this nausea ? Tried drinking water, eating strong peppermint trying to sleep sitting up. Not sure what else to try but after last night willing to try anything. I am relatively new to adiladnum and I am due to see consultant rheumatology nurse in January. Has anyone on here asked to come off the injections? I cant take the methotrexate tablets as the nausea is far worse.

I also want to ask about the nodules I have on both hands, right one very bad and nurse said she would ask surgeon to look but have not heard anything. Has anyone had these removed or trusted ? Look forward to hearing any suggestions. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas.

Hello @Teapot how is the nausea? I hope it didn't impact your christmas too much.

    Best wishes

    Oh dear poor you @Teapot

I do hope you are ok? I am sure the nurse will have some answers for you in January. They will have far more experience of people having nodules removed.

Has your nausea worsened after adding the adalimumab or is it definitely the MTX? People have and do come off of it but usually they have another DMARD instead.

Perhaps if you are really struggling you should talk about it?

    Sending ((()))
