House repair
Hi my Dad is in his 80's, has two types of arthritis and is house bound. I had a stairlift fitted and arranged daily care. The trouble is his house exterior needs repair 25k minimum . He has a private pension plus state pension , but no real savings and he doesnt qualify for anything except single person council tax and attendance allowance. Does anyone know of any grants to get his house repaired. The repairs include fixing a wall crack, new render, facias, guttering, broken double glazing and a few tiles.

Welcome @Pete5678 to the online community,
You are kindly asking on behalf of your father for grants which might help him with house repairs.
I attach a link which deals not only with internal aids and attachments but also suggests links to other organisations which might be able to offer assistance. In addition you could ask the Citizens Advice Bureau in your area.
Do let us know how you get on , it is always helpful to others in case they are faced with the same concerns.
Best wishes
Poppyjane
