RA Spinal Operation

I am due to have an operation early in 2025 on my spine (the 4th vertebra). I thought there was somewhere on the VA website an information sheet with questions you should ask the surgeon before the operation. Unfortunately I can't seem to locate it. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

I am seeing the spinal surgeon in two weeks time to go through the final bits. The operation is on the 4th vertebrae as the arthritis has eroded part of it and the surgeon is going to pin it in place to give me stability. I will know more on how/what and when then. I must admit I am quite nervous about it especially as it is my spine.
