Low back pain and awful knee pain

Hi I have been suffering with sciatica symptoms for two months, and awful knee pain. My GP seems to think that the low back isn’t causing knee pain. What is confusing is that when the low back pain eases off so do the knees .

    Hi @Paulette

Welcome to the versus arthritis forum.

Searching at our website I couldn't find any useful information relating to your condition that might help with the management of your condition.

However, there may well be other forum members who have experience of your situation and can offer some useful dialogue.

I hope you find joining the forum beneficial and wish you well with managing your pain.

    Best wishes

    Hello @foreverhopeful123

    Welcome to the forum.

Everyone is different so what works for one won't work for someone else and vice a versa. There is some information from the VA website here:

The best people to speak to about managing your pain and treating the condition are your rheumy team/GP.
