I got arthritis in my foot and it is ruining my life
it keeps flaring up and it means I have to limp round the house. I can’t leave the house. My work are ok about it for now but I think they will eventually refer me for medical advice. I could get sacked. I been refer to a surgeon who said they can manage it with injections or fusion and fusion sounds horrible, I wouldn’t be able to bend my foot. I am 37 years old.

Hi @matt10012
i am sorry to read how you are struggling with that foot of yours.
Yes in time your work will probably send you to occupational health. Having said that if you can do your job from home you might be ok.
Are you going to try one of the injections? I can understand your reservations about the fusion op, but you should in theory be pain free once you'd recovered.
Take care

Look into acupuncture. It worked wonders for my aunt's foot. I have been using acupuncture treatments for 9 years. What a difference it has made. It has minimized both growth, and pain
