Hi, I’ve lived with rheumatoid arthritis for twenty years and struggling to cope now. I can’t sleep, I nod off for a few minutes but pain constantly wakes me up. Any suggestions?

Hi I’ve just joined after receiving the newsletter and doing the online exercises. I have bad osteoarthritis in one knee and will have to have a knee replacement probably within the next year. I am fortunate to have a brilliant physio who is ensuring I stay fit and mobile.

Welcome to the forum.
Here is some information about Knee replacements for you @NormaS :
And here is some general information about living well with arthritis for you @shush :
@shush - Perhaps see your GP or rheumy team about managing pain levels and getting some sleep (so important!).
Best to you both, Joanne
