Changes to knuckles ( see picture )

My knuckle on both hands has recently changed . Can anyone explain this please ? I have no diagnosis yet .

    Hello @aseamark

    The best thing to do is speak to your GP, if you can't get an appointment do they do an e-consult via their website so you could upload your pictures there?
